Internal mobility (NOEMI and FSEP) represents an opportunity for staff to diversify their career paths. The two annual campaigns enable many engineers and technicians to move to new positions within CNRS units.

Support for CNRS staff is provided locally by unit managers and local HR teams (SRH delegations). From the moment they take up their new posts and during their first year of employment, these teams monitor their professional development, which continues throughout their career by providing advice and assistance at every stage of their professional life: putting together career files, preparing for competitive examinations, assisting with mobility and training.
