
Disability
The integration of people with disabilities, and the retention of employees whose disabilities arise during their working lives, are major concerns for CNRS, and form the basis of the policy implemented since 2007, through several successive action plans.
The new Disability Action Plan 2025-2028 is a natural continuation of these efforts, with a proactive approach to full inclusion, so that disability is seen as a source of diversity that is fully integrated and valued in the way our organization operates.
This is achieved by taking disability into account in our HR processes, particularly with regard to the recruitment of researchers (M/F), engineers and technicians (M/F) and doctoral students (M/F), awareness-raising initiatives at all decision-making levels and the mobilization of referents from the recruitment stage to identify and implement the necessary workstation adjustments.
