Internal mobility at CNRS
The spring internal mobility campaign is now closed. The next winter campaign will open at the beginning of December 2024.
Two annual campaigns
The IT internal mobility scheme enables priority jobs to be filled within the various CNRS structures.
Internal mobility takes the form of two annual campaigns:
- a winter campaign (December-January).
- a spring campaign (May-June).
These campaigns offer positions open to all three civil services (NOEMI).
The winter campaign also offers positions (FSEP) reserved exclusively for CNRS civil servants and permanent staff. Further information is available on theCNRS intranet (access restricted to CNRS staff).
Most positions are posted the week the campaign opens, but new positions may be posted right up to the last day of the campaign! So don't hesitate to check the site regularly to see if there's a position that matches your career plan.
All year round
Job mobility offers are posted throughout the year during and between these 2 campaigns for certain sensitive positions (where long vacancies can be very detrimental to the smooth running of the CNRS).
Application procedure
Priority to CNRS employees
Positions advertised for internal mobility are primarily open to CNRS employees (permanent and permanent contract civil servants), with the exception of trainee civil servants.
All civil servants on secondment
Civil servants (tenured and permanent) from the three public services can also apply (for NOEMI-type positions only).
If you are a non-CNRS civil servant, your application will be considered within the limits of the establishment's budget.
The procedure
The employee consults the vacancies on the Internal Mobility site or on the Job Portal and applies for the vacancies of his or her choice directly online via the Job Portal. The employee creates an account and submits his or her curriculum vitae and cover letter.
From now on, online applications can only be made via Portail Emploi.
Here you can consult the guide for applicants, the Job Portal user guide and the job offers on the Internal Mobility and Job Portal websites.
The recruiters at the assignment site examine the applications validated by the human resources department in Portail Emploi, and may propose an interview.
Recruiters will inform you via the Job Portal, in liaison with the HR department of the regional delegation, of the outcome of your application, whether you are selected or not.
