This new plan, validated on November 13, 2024 by the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Specialized Committee (F3SCT) of the CNRS CSA and on December 4, 2024 by the Social Administration Committee (CSA), is the fruit of in-depth dialogue between the various stakeholders, notably the trade unions.
As part of CNRS's ongoing commitment to more inclusive research, this ambitious plan aims to remove disability-related obstacles, promote equal opportunities and strengthen diversity within the establishment. It implements both operational and strategic levers for improvement, guaranteeing a sustainable and exemplary policy of inclusion.
Through the signature of this protocol, CNRS management and the partner trade unions(CFDT Recherche, SNCS-FSU, SNTRS-CGT and SNPTES UNSA) jointly undertake to :
- Increase the rate of direct employment of people with disabilities at CNRS,
- Develop an ambitious inclusive policy, promoting accessibility and support,
- Recognize the essential contribution of all employees to scientific research and to the organization's operations, whether they have a disability before or after joining CNRS.
This signature marks a key stage in the construction of a fairer, more inclusive working environment, in keeping with the values upheld by CNRS.
