As part of the application of its protocol agreement on disability, the CNRS gives people eligible for employment benefits access to the establishment's administrative and technical professions. People with disabilities can join the CNRS under contract, in accordance with article 27 of the law of January 11, 1984, with a one-year tenure period. This is a specific path of access reserved for disabled people who meet the conditions of the legal employment obligation and who are not already civil servants, provided they meet the conditions of aptitude for the job.
In 2025, 19 contractual recruitment opportunities for disabled workers will be offered by the institute managements, including :
- 8 research engineer (RI) positions
- 4 design engineer (IE) positions
- 5 Assistant Engineer (AI) positions
- 2 research technician positions (T)
A second wave of offers will arrive on June 30!
2025 TIMETABLE OF MILESTONES
June 24 to July 24 Application deadline
October-November Hearings of shortlisted candidates by selection committees
December 1 Start of contract (one-year fixed-term contract)

Applicants for public-sector posts must meet the general conditions for access to the civil service, in particular those relating to qualifications. If the conditions required for access to one of these jobs are not met, or if a file is incomplete, the delegation may reject the application and inform the candidate accordingly.
This type of recruitment is not open to beneficiaries of the employment obligation who are already civil servants..
