In order to simplify access to information on human resources while remaining in an employer brand approach, the CNRS has just redesigned its careers.cnrs.fr website. This redesign also allows to merge 4 sites into 1: the site handicap.cnrs.fr, the site maremuneration.cnrs.fr and the site blog-rh.cnrs.fr
The purpose of the careers.cnrs. fr website is to be the first port of call for candidates seeking information about the CNRS, careers, HR commitments, benefits, support and remuneration.
Comprising four sections, the Career site highlights the wealth of professions, recruitment methods, support for career paths (training, internal mobility, quality of life in the workplace, etc.) and the commitments made in favor of the disabled and parity.
The site has been designed to offer users concise information, simplified navigation and a modern, uncluttered design that adapts to all screens to best meet the expectations of the public.
